If you reach your monthly conversation limit, your widget pauses and shows visitors a friendly message until it resets at the start of your next billing cycle. You can upgrade anytime for a higher limit, and we're happy to talk it through if you're consistently near capacity. Plans are subject to fair use — if a widget generates unusually heavy traffic we'll reach out and work it out with you before making any changes.
