DabotCentral uses a minimal, privacy-respecting approach to cookies and tracking. Here's exactly what we use, and why.
We use one cookie type: a secure session cookie that keeps you signed in. This cookie is required for the site to function — without it, you couldn't stay logged in between page visits. Because it's strictly necessary for the service you've requested, it doesn't require opt-in consent under GDPR, but we're disclosing it here for transparency.
We use Vercel Web Analytics, a cookieless analytics tool. It does not set cookies, does not use persistent identifiers, and cannot track you across websites. It only tells us aggregate information like page views and general traffic patterns.
We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, advertising cookies, or any third-party tracking scripts. We do not track you across other websites.
If you're chatting with a DabotCentral-powered widget on a business's website, the widget does not set cookies or use browser storage on that site. Rate limiting is handled server-side using your IP address, which is not stored beyond what's needed for abuse prevention.
