DabotCentral was born from a simple idea — everyone deserves their own AI assistant that truly works for them.
I built DabotCentral as a solo founder, with a lot of help from Claude Desktop as my development partner.
My journey started with Replit — I jumped in and was immediately surprised by how much web development had changed. I'd played with PHP and WAMP years ago, but I had no idea how far things had come. I loved watching Replit build what I asked for in real time, and that's where I got introduced to PostgreSQL and modern web architecture.
Eventually I wanted more control — to run projects locally, learn the stack deeper, and manage costs better. I downloaded Cursor, liked how it felt, but when I tried Claude I knew I'd found what I was looking for. There's something about the way Claude collaborates that just clicks.
DabotCentral was actually born from a Kiro sample project. I started using Kiro and Claude Desktop together, having them work as a team to build the platform. It's been as much a learning journey as a building one — and I've loved every step of it.
My vision for DabotCentral is simple: give everyone their own AI assistant that truly works for them. One that can be tailored to how you think and what you need — helping you remember things, create documents, communicate with others, and handle the everyday tasks you'd love to hand off.
